Our 30 Transformation Bootcamp’s start On the first day of each month
When you sign up to for a 30 Day Transformation Bootcamp you’ll benefit from the following:
- All Pro-Fit bootcamp sessions held on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the 30 day period
- The Pro-Fit nutritional guide
- Access to an online closed Facebook support group
- Home workout and recipe drops to do in your own time
- 1 FREE 45 minute personal training session with Kerry
Group Bootcamp Sessions are held:
- Tuesdays, 6pm – Fort Road Rec, NEWHAVEN
- Thursdays, 7pm – Piddinghoe Sports Park, PEACEHAVEN
- 1 to 1 sessions with Kerry can be arranged at a convenient location.
