Our experience in Obstacle Course Racing is second to none. Not only have we personally competed internationally in events such as Worlds Toughest Mudder as well as gaining regular top 3 finshes at regional obstacle events, we have also conditioned many of our clients to go on and place in the top 10 at the OCR World Championships as well as 1st and second place finishes at the UK OCR Championships.

Prepare for any OCR or trail event that you have coming up, improve on the obstacles that catch you out or cause you sleepless nights. A really fun and fresh way to get incredibly fit.

No two sessions will be the same, so if you think you will avoid the monkey bars…think again.

OCR Training Involves:

  • Monkey bars
  • 7ft walls
  • Rope climbs
  • Crawling up water banks
single session - £30

group session - £50
