“I first attended a Pro-Fit class in April 14 with a friend at a Newhaven Bootcamp. I went to Pro Fit with a good level of fitness having regularly run and used the gym. I was looking more to gain strength and train as part of a team as I had become bored of training alone, and was looking for something new where I could push myself to the next level.

Sam is a great trainer, he’s dedicated and has a great knowledge of fitness training. Each session is different, well planned and more challenging then the last! I now regularly attend a tough strength and conditioning class, 1 to 1 training sessions and a group PT session, which is catered to each individual’s personal goals.

Whilst training with Sam I have definitely toned more and am stronger then I used to be. I have also achieved personal goals by taking part in a Warrior Run and my personal highlight, Tough Mudder.

What’s next for me is to keep training, get stronger for my next Tough Mudder and to take part in more events with Sam and the Pro-Fit team.”
