2014 saw Rob complete: 7 Tough Mudder’s, 2 Warrior runs, 1 marathon, 2 half marathons and an Ultra Marathon. Not bad for a years work, and incredible for a man who had previously not run further than a 10K.
Lisa went from wanting to keep ‘skinny’ to taking part in a 12 hour overnight endurance race. Setting a goal of 25 miles Lisa truly exceeded her expectations by running an incredible 45!

FOUNDED BY SAM TUCKNOTT
A former International and Premier league professional footballer and coach, Sam Tucknott brings a unique combination of training and conditioning techniques with a wealth of experience in sport at a professional level to his personal training sessions.
Sam’s professional football career spanned over 8 years, representing high caliber clubs such as Crystal Palace FC, Wycombe Wanderers and at International level, Sam represented both England and Wales in FIFA and UEFA international tournaments. This experience of sport at such a high level seeded an enthusiasm for training and fitness, and steered Sam towards developing a career in training, successfully achieving coaching badges whilst working with some of the best football and fitness coaches in the world in the highly respected environment of Chelsea FC as training and development coach.
It is this professional grounding in conditioning and fitness established from an early age which defines Sam as a unique Personal trainer and athlete on the Obstacle course scene, working in the South East of England with his well established and increasingly popular brand Pro – Fit.
Pro – Fit attracts professional clients as well as the regular enthusiastic healthy and discerning Brighton crowd, training athletes in disciplines such as Boxing, MMA, Running, Dancing and Football. Sam’s energy and enthusiasm for fitness and training is infectious, and his work has driven clients to achieve challenges beyond their own expectations. It is his modest and hardworking attitude that makes Sam more than your average PT.

Whilst Kerry Langley has always had a passion for fitness, it was back in 2013 that she joined the Pro-Fit family as a client. Over the next 3 years Kerry’s love for training and understanding of diet and fitness has grown exponentially. She finally turned passion into profession with a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor qualification in the Summer of 2016. Kerry immediately jumped into training others and has been running the Pro-Fit 30 Day Transformation Bootcamps, group and 1 to 1 personal training sessions ever since.
Kerry’s personal fitness achievements speak for themselves. As well as various top 5 finishes, Kerry has also notched up some impressive national OCR rankings including:
- 2015 UK Championships – 2nd place (in age group)
- 2016 UK Championships – 2nd place (in age group)
- 2016 UK OCR league – 4th female overall
As a working mum Kerry understands firsthand the struggle of juggling training around real life as well as getting back into shape post pregnancy. Her focus on conditioning, muscle tone and fat loss paired with her understanding of what it really takes to take on challenging events makes her approach a winning combination for whatever your goal might be.

WORLDS TOUGHEST MUDDER 2013
Sam completed 55 grueling miles within 24 hours of freezing temperatures at the World’s Toughest Mudder event held in New York 2013, battling 20 challenging obstacles throughout the night and ranking high enough to gain a place in the Obstacle World Championships.
Sam’s professional football and coaching career spanned over 8 years. During that time Sam was lucky enough to represent his country as a player and work with some of the most highly respected training professionals from across the world.
