  • Train in a group class environment
  • 1 x 60 minute session
  • Drop in to the class, no need to book
SINGLE/INDIVIDUAL SESSION
£30per hour
  • 1 to 1 personal training or sports conditioning
  • 1 x 60 minute session
  • Training programed towards goal
GROUP SESSION
£50per hour
  • Up to 4 people
  • 1 x 60 minute session
  • Training programed towards goal

We can accept payment by cash, card or Apple pay which can be processed at each session.
