Join Pro-Fit and a small group of like-minded individuals for 3 nights and 4 days of the most focussed and access all areas OCR and sports conditioning bootcamp you’ll ever experience.

We will be travelling to the heart of Southern Spain to La Cala Mijas an old coastal town just 10 minutes from Marbella. Here you will sleep, eat and train at Mikes Gym which features a world famous assault course, said to be the toughest in Europe! Other facilities include a fully equipped gym, boxing ring and a brand new Crossfit box.

If you’re looking to push your body and fitness to the next level then this camp is for you. Expect sweat, challenges, good times and more obstacles than you can throw yourself at!

You will be staying in cosy log cabins situated less than 5 minutes from a gym that never closes.

We need to know that we have your full commitment to us, as we do to you, so we ask that you agree to the terms below. Your statutory rights are NOT affected by any of our terms and conditions.

Full Booking Terms and Conditions

1. All clients attending a Pro-Fit Summer Training Camp should be aware of and accept the risks involved. All clients are advised to seek medical advice from their GP before booking.

2. A Contract of activity and service is made between Pro-Fit and the Client by issue of a written confirmation of booking by Pro-Fit.

3. The Contract is subject to these booking conditions, which the Client has been deemed to have read and fully understood. These booking conditions can only be varied by written agreement between Pro-Fit and the Client.

4. No verbal representations made by Pro-Fit, shall be relied upon by the Client.

5. Reservations

5.1 To place a booking Pro-Fit requires a completed booking form and/or individual information form with full payment. Clients booking by telephone or e-mail will have been deemed to have read the booking conditions and to sign the declaration on the ‘individual information form’. A booking is accepted and becomes binding only from the date when Pro-Fit has confirmed acceptance in writing by means of a ‘confirmation of booking e-mail’. Pro-Fit reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion. Email and telephone bookings are treated as provisional and are only confirmed once the funds have cleared into the Pro-Fit’s bank account.

5.2 The balance of the fee is payable at least 2 months prior to arrival at the venue unless otherwise agreed with Pro-Fit but prior to commencement of the course. In the event that the balance is not paid Pro-Fit will have the discretion to treat the booking as cancelled unless otherwise informed.

5.3 Bookings are NOT transferable under any circumstances unless agreed, in writing; with Pro-Fit.

6. Liability

6.1 Clients shall be held responsible to make compensation for any damage they cause to the contents and furnishings of the premises during their stay, except for wear and tear.

6.2 Pro-Fit accepts no responsibility for the loss, damage or theft of personal possessions, which includes, but is not limited to, clothing passed to third party cleaners, clothing, jewellery or similar items of value, personal equipment or the like. All clients are advised to ensure that they are adequately insured against these events.

7. Cancellations, Refunds & Client Alterations

7.1 Upon booking aPro-Fit Summer Training Camp it is necessary to pay a deposit to secure your required date.

7.2 This deposit is non-refundable if the trip is cancelled but will be deducted from your total fee when full payment is made

7.3 10% non-refundable deposit is payable upon reservation.

7.4 Deposit is only lost if Pro-Fit Summer Training Camp is cancelled.

7.5 We will be holding a reserve waiting list. If places become available clients will be notified in the order listed. Confirmation and payment is due immediately to secure.

8.  Meals

8.1 Included in the package price are basic meals of breakfast, lunch and dinner.

8.2 If you have a specific menu you would like to follow, for example Gluten Free, High Calorie or High Protein, this can be pre-arranged at an additional cost but must be pre-booked in advance.

8.2 Meals are non-refundable. If you decide to skip a meal or go out to eat this will not be refunded to you.

9. Transport

9.1 Flights are not included within the fee of £490

9.3 If you wish to be able to leave the camp independently we advise you to hire a car.
